Sat upon the dune overlooking Tofo Bay and the Indian Ocean is Tilak Lodge, a beautiful African retreat. Situated 600m down from Tofo Scuba Dive Center and approximately 1km from Tofo Market centre, it is an easy stroll into town for all the bars and restaurants, but just far enough from the noise.

Surrounding the courtyard are 12 double rooms complete with King Size / twin beds, en-suite bathrooms, hot water, tea/coffee facilities, fresh sheets and towels, air conditioning, huge mosquito nets and outside seating for each room. Two luxury air-conditioned “Buddy Rooms” accommodating 8 people in each are also available for individual travellers or group bookings. Our beach bar has sun decks on both sides to make the most of the spectacular sunrise and sunset views. There is direct access to the beach from the Bar, creating a laid back atmosphere where you can enjoy your evenings with cool sunset drinks. There is also free WiFi, a gated carpark, and security guards on site.
